Bob Posukonis has a personal mission to unlock the full potential of teams and individuals to do their best work. He currently serves as the director of Agile Practice at Nike supporting their Digital Transformation. At Nike, he started an Agile Coaching office in 2014 where he and his coaches focus on discovering better ways of working together through scaling agile and embracing business agility.
 
Before Nike, Bob was the Director of Program Management at IGT, where he guided the organization from traditional waterfall methods, to forming small focused agile teams who were trained and coached to use the agile mindset for how work gets done.
 
Bob received formal training as a professional coach from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), having also completed their Leadership Program. He is a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator through Brene´ Brown.
